ENQUIRY
The Isabell chair is handmade in sustainable Indonesian rattan by skilled wicker makers. They weave their Affäire furniture with the fantastic ArtFibre.
ArtFibers are artificial fibers made from maintenance-free polyethylene that can withstand the sun’s UV radiation. The combination of rattan and ArtFibre gives the wicker furniture a unique strength, flexibility and comfort. Sika-Design uses carefully selected rattan for furniture production to ensure the highest quality. Rattan is often compared to bamboo, but unlike bamboo which is hollow, rattan is a solid material. Rattan is a remarkably strong and indestructible material, and therefore a unique piece of furniture is available that lasts for generations.
MAINTENANCE
Due to the rattan frame, the furniture needs to be kept dry, and can only be used outdoor in covered areas. Rattan and Sika-Design ArtFibre® require no maintenance but can be wiped with a lightly dampened cloth.
SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Availability of Sale Items
Sale items may initially be offered exclusively in-store for a limited introductory period. Thereafter, any remaining sale stock may be made available for purchase through the Pezula Interiors website and other approved remote sales channels at the sole discretion of Pezula Interiors.
No Reservations or Holds
Sale items cannot be reserved, held, or set aside. All sale items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
No Returns, Refunds or Exchanges
All sale items are sold as viewed. Sale purchases are final and may not be returned, exchanged, credited, or refunded unless required by applicable South African consumer protection legislation. Customers are encouraged to inspect items carefully before purchase.
Display & Floor Stock
Some sale items may be display or floor-stock pieces. Customers acknowledge and accept the condition of the item at the time of purchase.
Stock Availability
Sale stock is limited and subject to availability. Pezula Interiors cannot guarantee the availability of any specific item, quantity, style, colour, size, or finish.
Delivery
Standard delivery charges and delivery terms apply where delivery is requested. Delivery costs are not included in sale prices unless expressly stated.
Exclusions
Sale items are not eligible for any additional promotions, vouchers, discounts, trade discounts, loyalty rewards, or special offers.
Pricing & Administrative Errors
Pezula Interiors reserves the right to correct any pricing, advertising, product information, or administrative errors without prior notice.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any rights afforded to consumers under applicable South African consumer protection laws.

Pezula Interiors reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw, or extend any sale, promotion, pricing, or availability of sale items at any time without prior notice.
