Jewellery Care
The jewellery is gold-plated, with a base of brass, stainless steel, or sterling silver.
Gold plating will naturally fade over time, especially with exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, cleaning products, and daily wear.
To help extend its life:
- Avoid water (remove before swimming, bathing, or showering)
- Keep away from cleaning products and harsh chemicals
- Do not use jewellery cleaners or antibacterial soaps
- Apply perfumes, lotions, and makeup before wearing jewellery
- Put jewellery on last, remove it first
- Avoid pulling or tugging on chains
- Store pieces separately by metal type (gold, silver, rose gold)
- Keep in a dry place, away from heat and sunlight
If jewellery becomes dull, gently wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not rub.
Please note: the lifespan of plating varies depending on wear and care, and cannot be guaranteed.
Gemstones
Each gemstone is natural and unique, so slight variations in colour and appearance may occur.
Care tips:
- Store separately to avoid scratching
- Use a soft pouch or jewellery box
- Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, water, and liquids
Lab-Grown Gemstones
Many gemstones are lab-grown. These are real gemstones—not imitations.
They are:
- Chemically, physically, and optically identical to natural stones
- Created in a lab using processes similar to nature
Benefits:
- Use less water and energy
- Produce lower carbon emissions
